Introduction to Qigong & Wild Goose
This class is a great place to begin learning about the healthful practice of Qigong (the foundation of all TaiChi) and the 1700 year old Wild Goose system of Healing and Martial Arts. Easy to learn routines are taught - simple introductory Qigong forms along with basic seated meditation and energy healing. These are great for stress reduction, balance and coordination.
Advanced Qigong - Wild Goose System
Once you have experienced the benefits of Qigong (energy work) in the Introductory class, you may be interested in continuing to learn about these amazing arts. Our advanced class offers one of China's premier healing arts - the Wild Goose (Dayan) System. The Advanced class covers a range of methods from forms to meditation, to energy healing to partner work.

The next eight-week cycle of Introductory and Advanced classes begins on Wednesday, May 31st, 2017 at Balmer Martial Arts and Fitness in Floyds Knobs, IN.
The eight-week Introductory Class at 6 PM is $70
The eight-week Advanced Class at 7 PM $70 (Intro Class is a prerequisite)
