Wild Goose System Classes
Foundations of Wild Goose Qigong
This class is a great place to begin learning about the healthful practice of Qigong and the 1700 year old Wild Goose system of Healing and Martial Arts. This class covers the basics of the Internal Arts - structure, movement, awareness and intention are key elements. The Wild Goose Qigong 1st 64 movement form along with basic seated meditation and energy healing are taught. These are great for stress reduction, balance and coordination.
